This employee is responsible for managing a queue of delinquent and non-delinquent accounts and investigating, monitoring, and resolving specialty accounts. The position will comply with internal policies and procedures on handling specialty accounts. All positions within the Operations Division are expected to collaborate cross-divisionally to achieve seamless customer experiences; this includes supporting other departments as necessary to meet the business need.
