Job summary

HealthPoint is seeking a Specialty Clinical Pharmacist to join our Washington-based team. You will help develop, optimize and expand clinical programs, oversee specialty pharmacy operations and coordinate with providers to improve access and outcomes for patients.

The role includes dispenses, patient education in multiple languages, medication reviews for safety, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree (PharmD) or equivalent; WA license required.
• Pre-employment drug testing required; CSP/BCPS/BCACP assets are a plus.
• Strong ability to read, analyze and interpret industry materials and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand clinical programs within HealthPoint Specialty Pharmacy.
• Provide drug therapy information and dosing guidance to patients.
• Educate patients in multiple languages where needed.
• Conduct in-person or telephone patient visits.
• Review medications for safety and dosing, and monitor labs.
• Document visits and medications in medical records.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and accreditation standards.
• Coordinate with providers and clinic staff to optimize therapy and costs.
