Under the supervision of the Lead Resource Nurse and Clinical Manager, you will educate patients, collaborate with team members, and promote RRH’s mission of high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a community

Qualifications

• Current RN licensed to practice in California.
• Two years of nursing experience preferred, preferably in a clinic setting.
• BLS certification required and maintained.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English.

Job Description

We’re looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Specialty Clinic team in the Rural Health Clinic. In this role, you’ll perform clinical duties as a member of the healthcare team, assess the medical needs of clinic patients, perform nursing procedures, and support safe and effective medication management.

Working directly with the Lead Resource Nurse and Clinical Manager of the Rural Health Clinic, you’ll interact professionally with patients and team members while promoting RRH’s philosophy, mission, and vision to help ensure quality care.

Patient Care & Treatment

Offer holistic and patient-centered nursing care, focusing on the unique needs of individuals and their families with a positive and respectful approach that aligns with the hospital's values. Emphasize support, clear education, and collaborative decision-making to foster a positive care experience.

Collaborative Teamwork

This role involves working closely with our team to deliver patient-focused services and contribute to the overall well-being of our patients while contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure to practice in California
