We’re looking for Clinical Laboratory Scientists II who are excited to provide accurate, reliable laboratory testing that supports the diagnosis and treatment of our patients. In this role, you’ll perform laboratory tests at the request of attending physicians, report accurate results substantiated through the use of appropriate controls, and perform routine procedures across all areas of the laboratory with minimal supervision.

Perform laboratory tests necessary for the diagnosis and treatment of patients at the request of attending physicians.
Report accurate laboratory results substantiated through the use of appropriate controls.
Perform routine procedures across all areas of the laboratory.
Demonstrate proficiency and understanding of routine laboratory procedures.
Perform assigned laboratory responsibilities with minimal supervision.
This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Current State of California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license is mandatory; a license from a National Registry is desirable.
BLS certification required and maintained thereafter.
Twelve months as a trainee required; 1–3 years of experience desirable.
Proficiency in the routine work of all laboratory departments is required; expanded knowledge and interest in one or more areas is desirable.
Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language.
