We’re looking for Clinical Laboratory Scientists who are excited to support the diagnosis and treatment of patients through accurate, high-quality laboratory testing. In this role, you’ll perform laboratory tests at the request of attending physicians, ensure accurate results through the appropriate use of controls, demonstrate proficiency across routine laboratory procedures, and serve in a supervisory capacity within a specific department or shift.

Perform laboratory testing necessary for the diagnosis and treatment of patients at the request of attending physicians.
Report accurate results substantiated by the appropriate use of controls.
Perform and demonstrate proficiency and understanding of routine procedures throughout all areas of the laboratory.
Perform in a supervisory capacity within a specific department, such as Hematology or Chemistry, or as a shift supervisor.
Carry out laboratory activities accurately under established and formal procedures.
Apply strong interpersonal skills when working in a supervisory capacity.
This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Current State of California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license is mandatory; a license from a National Registry is desirable.
Four to six years of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist is desirable.
One or more years of experience in a supervisory capacity is desirable.
CPR certification is optional. The ability to activate the emergency patient care system must be demonstrated.
Proficiency in the routine work of all laboratory departments and expanded knowledge in the area to be supervised is required.
Ability to perform precise and accurate measurements, including under pressured conditions.
Ability to carry out activities under established and formal procedures.
Interpersonal skills required for working in a supervisory capacity.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in the English language.
Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients, families, coworkers, and community.
