Qualifications

• Current RN licensure to practice in California.
• One year of Skilled Nursing or Medical-Surgical Nursing experience preferred.
• Minimum one year of MDS completion experience preferred.
• Satisfactory completion of a Pharmacology test with a minimum score of 80%.
• BLS certification required and maintained.
• ACLS certification required within six months of hire.
• Arrhythmia Recognition training within six months or proof of competency.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence in interactions with patients and coworkers.
• Ability to provide RN leadership aligned with RRH policies and mission.

Qualifications

• Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with patients, families, and coworkers

• Ability to provide RN leadership in a positive direction that is consistent with the policies, goals, objectives, mission, and vision of the Hospital and Nursing Department

• Must have an above-standard or exceeds-standard performance evaluation from RRH or previous employer within the past year
