Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, nursing, or equivalent combination of education or related experience.
• Kaweah Health approved crisis intervention training within 60 days of hire/transfer.
• Three years of management experience in a multi-disciplinary clinic setting or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Participates in creating a work environment that supports personal growth and well-being for all, with high-quality patient care and customer service.
• Oversees department practices, operations and flow in coordination with surgical and procedural areas.
• Develops and monitors productivity metrics and manages written policies and procedures.
• Collects clinical, financial and regulatory information to develop plans and proposals for new clinic considerations.
• Helps prepare and manage budgets and invoices; supports continuous improvement in quality and patient satisfaction.
• Handles patient complaints and service recovery; ensures providers are supported in delivering care.
