Responsibilities

• Assert and oversee utilization and case management principles across the unit.
• Ensure timely, coordinated patient care across the continuum and sites.
• Monitor care documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Lead staff orientation and ongoing education in collaboration with the Nurse Manager and Educator.
• Serve as patient advocate and mentor staff to maintain quality and safety standards.
