Virginia Veterinary Specialty & Emergency seeks a Specialty Client Services Representative (CSR) to greet clients with warmth, answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-ins and payments. This full-time role supports our specialty departments with empathetic, professional service.

Qualifications

• 1 year previous experience in veterinary medicine or 2 years experience in human health medicine preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and compassionate in emotional or high‑pressure situations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 / hour

Description

Do you enjoy building relationships with clients and being part of a team that provides advanced veterinary care? Join our team at Virginia Veterinary Specialty & Emergency as a Client Service Representative (CSR) and play a vital role in supporting our patients, their families, and our specialty teams. The Specialty CSR is often the first point of contact for clients visiting our specialty services, offering both professionalism and compassion. You'll support seamless communication between clients and doctors, assist with scheduling, and help ensure that each patient's visit runs smoothly.

• Full-time schedule: 5 shifts per week, 8 hours each
• Dedicated to our Specialty Departments (supporting Internal medicine, Surgery, and other advanced services)
• Opportunities to work closely with specialists, technicians, and assistants in a collaborative, client-focused environment
