Job summary

Yokogawa Electric Corporation in the United States seeks a Sales Specialist for Specialty Chemicals with deep batch process knowledge. You will accelerate growth by shaping tailored product-and-service packages, leading cross-functional teams, and engaging customers across North America.

You will drive strategic opportunities, leverage ISA-88 expertise, and collaborate with marketing, engineering, and service teams to deliver high-value solutions spanning DCS, SIS, MES/batch, instrumentation,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field required.
6–10+ years in specialty chemicals or batch processing.
Deep ISA-88 knowledge and batch recipe management.
Strong sales support or customer-facing experience in process industries.
Willingness to travel frequently across North America.

Responsibilities

Serve as Yokogawa’s industry expert for Specialty Chemicals, including batch applications and process optimization.
Identify customer pain points and translate them into Yokogawa solutions.
Lead discovery sessions with operations, engineering, maintenance and IT stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to tailor product-and-service packages.
Maintain pipeline accuracy and account intelligence in Salesforce or applicable CRM.
Collaborate with marketing to develop segment campaigns and value propositions.
