Qualifications

BS or MS degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Must have in-depth knowledge of analytical instrumentation and electrical systems.
Experience integrating with control systems and drafting is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently as a technical expert.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer specifications and process documentation to design and engineer analytical system solutions.
Apply engineering tools to develop and validate analytical strategies.
Engineer and implement software and hardware enhancements to improve system performance and compliance.
Document engineering designs, system configurations, and validation procedures.
Conduct system testing, calibration, and commissioning with safety and performance standards.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
Troubleshoot analytical systems, including sample handling and DCS/PLC integration.
Stay current on analytical technologies and environmental regulations.
