North Memorial Health is seeking a Program Coordinator for Specialty Care in Minnetonka. You will coordinate and support administrative, development, and operational activities across programs, working closely with program customers, providers, and leadership.

The role requires 5 years in operational functions (preferably healthcare), excels in customer service and communication, and adapts to changing environments while supporting program growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in operational functions required, preferably within a healthcare setting.
• Adapts well to changing environments.
• Familiarity with insurance/payor billing and referral procedures.
• Strong customer service aptitude
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support administrative, development, and operational activities for Specialty Care programs.
• Work closely with program customers, providers and team members, as well as clinical and administrative leadership.
• Involve in operational and strategic functions to build and expand the program.
