Job summary

Medica in Minnetonka, MN, is seeking a Clinical Program Coordinator to support provider partnership programs by coordinating meetings, processes, and reporting across clinical, analytics, network, contract, and provider-facing teams.

This role requires strong organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Office-based position with onsite collaboration three days per week; salary range reflects market norms for this role in the region.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in administrative support, operations, project coordination and/or meeting management.
• Experience coordinating schedules, preparing meeting materials, and managing communications across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external provider meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, meeting materials, and follow-up activities.
• Prepare presentations, reports, meeting packages, and communications for provider and organizational stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain SharePoint sites, documentation repositories, and operational resources.
• Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple projects and teams.
• Support SOP development, maintenance, and process documentation.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely distribution of program data, reports, and communications.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and enhance coordination.
• Monitor trends, identify operational issues, and proactively recommend solutions.
