Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer questions warmly and promptly, and problem-solve as needed.
• Handle first-response phone calls to units and arrange deliveries to patient rooms.
• Direct visitors to destinations and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Provide unit-wide administrative support and act as the unit's technology resource.
