Job summary

CSI Pharmacy, LLC in San Francisco seeks a dedicated Specialty Account Manager to build relationships with referral sources and support high-quality patient care through our specialty pharmacy services.

This field sales role covers SF, East Bay, Redwood City, San Jose and surrounding areas, offering a base salary of $90K–$110K+ plus uncapped monthly commissions and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Medical/Pharmaceutical Sales or equivalent experience preferred.
• Home infusion or Specialty Pharmacy experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of major health systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources in the designated sales territory.
• Collaborate with Senior Management to improve efficiency, product knowledge, and selling skills to meet goals.
• Formulate a quarterly business plan to achieve forecasted sales revenue goals.
• Actively prospect referrals from present and prospective customers.
• Develop territory routing plan to optimize efficiency in servicing customer needs and marketing to new business/customers.
• Educate referral sources on CSI services and differentiators.

Base Salary: $90K - $110K+ (DOE) Bonus Opportunity: Uncapped monthly commission Location: San Francisco, CA Schedule: This is a field sales role that will be traveling across the San Francisco, East Bay, Redwood City, San Jose and surrounding areas between Monday - Friday

What you’ll do in this role:

• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources in designated sales territory/region
• Collaborates with Senior Management to improve efficiency, product knowledge, and selling skills to meet personal and Company goals
• Formulates a quarterly business plan in order to achieve and exceed forecasted annual sales revenue goals
• Actively prospects referrals from present and prospective customers
• Develops territory routing plan and updates regularly to obtain optimal efficiency in servicing customer needs and marketing to new business/customers
• Educates referral sources on all CSI services relating to customer needs and benefits and can effectively communicate the CSI differentiators

We are looking for a compassionate Specialty Account Manager with:

• College Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years Medical/Pharmaceutical Sales or equivalent experience highly preferred
• Home infusion or Specialty Pharmacy experience highly preferred
• Working knowledge of UCSF, Stanford, and other major health systems highly preferred
• Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License, maintain automobile insurance coverage and have access to a reliable automobile
