Loudoun County Public Schools is seeking a Specialized Instruction Tutor to support K–5 students with disabilities in small groups to build foundational literacy and math skills.
The tutor works under the guidance of a Special Education Teacher, focusing on instruction, progress monitoring, and regular collaboration with other teachers and staff to tailor supports for each student.
The Specialized Instruction Tutor works with students with disabilities in grades K-5 in small groups of students of six or less, who have been identified as requiring specialized instruction in early literacy and foundational math skills.

The Specialized Instruction Tutor works under the guidance of the Special Education Teacher to provide instruction in literacy and numeracy skills, monitoring progress, and communicating with the Special Education Teacher, and General Education Teacher.
