Upper Valley Services, Inc. (UVS) is seeking a dedicated Specialized DSP Floater to assist individuals with developmental disabilities and adults eligible for Adult Family Care in Vermont.

This role involves employment and community support, personal care, and communication support within a supportive team. The Floater position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, engagement with adaptive technology, strong self-regulation, flexibility, and excellent organizational skills.

UVS is seeking a kind, positive and patient and experienced Specialized DSP. The Floater position is designed to work with multiple individuals with varying needs and levels of support.
