Training, shadowing, and de‑escalation techniques are provided. Shifts include 12‑hour or 24‑hour blocks, 8am–8pm and 8pm–8am, with weekends required.

UVS is seeking skilled staff to provide direct support to an individual living in the Bradford area. The individual enjoys art, listening to music, and making crafts. Required support includes assistance to maintain health, safety, and well-being, providing necessary therapeutic supports, communicating wants/needs effectively, engaging in the community to explore interests and foster relationships, increasing independent living skills, and providing personal care as needed. Training and shadowing opportunities will be provided, including de-escalation techniques and Therapeutic Options. The individual requires 2:1 support 8am - 8pm and 1:1 support 8pm - 8am. Available shifts include 12-hour, or 24-hour, based on programming need. Weekends are a must.
Candidates will undergo a background check, must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance.
