Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Bethlehem, NC is seeking experienced Specialized Care Assistants to provide in-home care for clients with higher needs. This role involves hands-on personal care, dementia support, meal prep, mobility help, and adherence to individualized Care Plans in clients' homes.

Ideal candidates have prior caregiving experience, reliability, and excellent communication, with a willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and overnights.

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on caregiving experience, especially with higher-level needs.
• Comfortable providing one-on-one in client's home.
• Ability to follow established Care Plans and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on personal care and ADLs assistance.
• Bathing, dressing and grooming support.
• Mobility and walking assistance.
• Transfers within scope.
• Dementia and memory-care support.
