Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Conover is hiring experienced Specialized Care Assistants to support clients with more complex needs in home settings. You will provide one-on-one care, assist with ADLs, mobility, and daily routines while following individualized care plans.

We offer flexible shifts, overtime opportunities, paid orientation and ongoing training. Applicants must be dependable, compassionate, and able to work various hours, including weekends and overnight as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on caregiving experience with higher-need clients
• Comfort with ADLs and mobility assistance
• Ability to follow individualized Care Plans

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
• Assist with transfers, mobility and walking
• Administer medication reminders and meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and transportation when needed
• Offer companionship and safety supervision
• Observe client condition and report changes to the office
