• Ability to use technology for instruction, data tracking, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers and school personnel to address student behavior.
• Support data collection and use of behavioral data to inform plans.
• Assist in developing effective behavior plans and professional development.
• Provide training on classroom management and behavior strategies.
• Coordinate with school social workers to train parents across home and school.
• Support PBIS and IEP/504 teams with goals and accommodations.
• Assist with functional behavioral assessments and intervention monitoring.
• Help teams implement tiered supports addressing student behavior.
• Provide crisis intervention support to school teams.
• Perform related duties as required.
