Job summary

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks while operating a forklift.
• Receive incoming materials (inspect for damage, count pieces, sign carrier's BOL and log in manually).
• Receives deliveries (comparing the packing list to the contents and product identification) and distributes incoming materials throughout the company.
• Receive products against purchase orders using the computer.
• Process replenishment orders, return orders and service orders using the computer.
• Transfer products from one location to another (physical and using the computer).
• Pull/add stock items from/to other on-site plants and help out during physical inventory twice a year.
• Login and sort deliveries.
• Assist in making sure that the warehouse is kept clean, neat and in order.
• Inform supervisor of problems with equipment.

Job Summary:

The basic responsibilities are processing return orders from Baan, receiving purchase orders in Baan, and distributing deliveries throughout Toshiba. Other responsibilities include transferring of parts from the various plants to the warehouse. Pulling service orders for field service and the stocking of inventory.
