Brobston Group LLC seeks a Specialist, Visual Merchandising to oversee VM standards and window installations at the 57th Street flagship boutique. You will coordinate display movement, maintain fixtures, and document sets with photography. Work independently during boutique hours while aligning with global VM guidelines and events.

You'll support the Visual Lead and boutique management, ensuring consistency across floors and windows, and provide timely documentation and photography for records.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in visual merchandising or similar role, luxury brand preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic digital photography.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with boutique teams.
• Able to move items up to 25 lbs and flexible schedule including late nights and weekends.
• Front-of-house, full-time in-store presence required.

The Specialist, Visual Merchandising oversees execution of visual merchandising standards and window installations at the 57th Street flagship boutique, supporting the Visual Lead and boutique management. The role coordinates display movement and storage, maintains fixture and mannequin setups, and documents floor and window sets through photography. Works independently during boutique hours to ensure consistency with global VM guidelines and support events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement visual merchandising standards, window installs, and floor sets during boutique hours and events.
• Communicate VM direction, animations, and guidelines to Image Ambassadors and boutique management.
• Coordinate movement, storage, and set-up of display elements and fixtures with the Visual Merchandise Manager.
• Ensure windows and selling floors are regularly merchandised and maintained between launches.
• Photograph and document boutique floor and window sets per VM photo guidelines and update Dropbox.
• Work independently, take ownership of projects, and deliver timely results.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or comparable art/fashion related course of study.
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar position or higher, preferably with a luxury brand.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), email, and digital photography/phone applications.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships with boutique teams.
• Ability to move items up to 25 lbs and a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Front-of-house, full-time in-store presence required.
