TheSpecialist – Transportation Payables is an entry-leve role thatplays a vital role in the movement of freight for our customers.This positionwill be auditing invoices, entering invoices for payment, and working with our internal teams to resolve any discrepancies. It will be instrumental in supporting our accounting functions along with providing support in other areas as needed.

Responsibilities-

• Review, analyze, and audit invoices in the AP system.
• Work closely with other teams to resolve any billing issues
• Respond to emails within 48 hours of receipt depending on which inbox you are tasked to work (AP Inbox, billing mod, or AP International)
• Create detailed noted for carriers on statement of accounts and follow up with our vendors to ensure billing discrepancies are fixed
• Must be able to exhibit standard professionalism in an office setting. Respect the team!
