AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, management, and execution of high-visibility projects aimed at improving AltaMed's enterprise infrastructure and clinic service integration.

You will coordinate across regions and departments to standardize processes, promote Lean practices, and deliver measurable health and business outcomes. A Bachelor's in a related field is required; advanced degrees or certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, health care, organizational management, or related field.
• Master's degree or clinical license (RN, PA, MD) strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of data analysis/project management experience with successful deployment.
• Six Sigma Green Belt and PMP strongly preferred.

The Project Manager is assigned projects that are broad in scope and involve multiple departments across regions. The Project Manager supports the department’s effort to institutionalize project management skills and lean processes throughout AltaMed, including the clinical sites, to improve patient health outcomes and business results.**Minimum Requirements*** A bachelor’s degree in business, health care, organizational management, or a related field is required.* Master’s degree or clinical license (RN, PA, MD) strongly preferred.* Minimum of 3 years of experience required in data analysis/project management with successful deployment demonstrating measurable positive results.* Experience in health care process improvement and health information technology implementation experience strongly preferred.* Six Sigma Green Belt certification and Certified Project Management Professional strongly preferred.**Compensation**$85,091.83 - $106,364.79 annually**Compensation Disclaimer**Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
