Job summary

Role Description

Location: Plano, TX (3 days hybrid)

The role provides application production support for N-tier systems, including monitoring, incident, and change management, ensuring performance and availability of web, middleware, and database components.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree required
• 2 years of development or architecture experience for multitiered business applications
• 5 years in production systems architecture and/or support roles
• Proven experience supporting monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Tivoli, Splunk, SiteScope, Catchpoint
• Experience monitoring cloud and container infrastructure
• Knowledge of Windows and Unix based infrastructure services, processing, monitoring, and shell scripting
• Programming experience in Java and/or .NET
• Experience in application/network performance and availability monitoring
• Experience with N-tier architecture supporting a multitude of products (web server, middleware, database, etc.)
• Knowledge of ITIL functions and processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated, hands-on, driven individual
• Strategic thinker linking business context to technical reality

The salary range is the minimum and maximum target for the position across all U.S. locations; individual pay is determined by location, level, and other factors. Additional compensation may include performance-based bonuses and incentives.
