Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking a TIBCO Middleware Administrator in Irving, TX (Hybrid – 3 days). The role focuses on installing, configuring, administering and maintaining TIBCO BW, EMS, TEA, Hawk, and related middleware components across environments.

You will monitor health, manage HA configurations, deploy patches, implement security controls, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production cutovers and readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with TIBCO middleware suites and administration.
• Hands-on in Linux/Unix administration and scripting.
• Experience with SSL cert management, security rules, and connectivity.
• Proficiency in incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer and maintain TIBCO BW, EMS, TEA, Hawk, and related components.
• Perform build, deployment, patching, upgrades and migrations across environments.
• Manage EMS queues, topics, routes, bridges, clustering, HA environments.
• Implement SSL certificates, firewall rules and secure connectivity.
• Support onboarding, deployments and production cutover activities.
• Monitor middleware health and performance; perform tuning and optimization.
• Troubleshoot incidents including P1/P2 and major production issues.
• Execute change management activities and ensure successful deployments.
• Coordinate with infra, network, database and vendor teams for issues.
• Manage COB testing, validation and production readiness checks.
• Ensure compliance with security/audit standards and maintain runbooks.
