Job summary

Mammoth Mountain in Mammoth Lakes, California is seeking an office/HR admin professional to manage housing records, implement personnel policies, and perform clerical tasks in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 3 years of office experience, strong confidentiality, and proficiency with Word/Excel; Spanish skills are a plus. Starting pay is $24.84 per hour. Mammoth Mountain is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in office work, preferably HR related.
• Computer literate with Word and Excel.

• Spanish speaking and writing skills preferred.

• Sets up, updates and maintains employee resident records.
• Administers established personnel policies and practices.
• Registers new and returning employees for Housing. Assists Manager and Director with special projects.
• Performs routine clerical duties.
• Shares receptionist office duties.
