Job summary

RTX seeks a Specialist, SAP Security Administrator to support SAP environments (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori) from a remote location in Puerto Rico. You will perform user administration, role management, and access-request processing while ensuring compliance with SoD and audit controls.

You will collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams, conduct access reviews, and maintain audit-ready documentation. Off-hours support and on-call duties are required as part of this role.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems.
• Experience in user access management concepts.
• Experience with SARS or ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day SAP user administration (create users, assign roles, reset passwords).
• Process user access requests using access management tools.
• Assign and remove roles per SoD and least-privilege principles.
• Collaborate with SAP teams to troubleshoot access issues and escalate as needed.
• Participate in quarterly user access reviews and audit documentation.
