In this role, you will play a key part in the planning, deployment, testing, and maintenance of corporate desktop applications and device configurations across the organization. Reporting to the Manager, Service Management, you will be responsible for developing and certifying software packages, managing desktop imaging, configuring devices, and supporting Intune AutoPatch deployments. You will also serve as a technical consultant and support resource, contributing to service improvement initiatives and ensuring a secure, efficient, and up-to-date desktop environment.
Under the direction of the Manager, Service Management the successful candidate will:
