BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB

The Integrations Specialist is a member of a dynamic team dedicated to providing excellent support to the team members and customers of Kolme Group. This individual must have a basic understanding of the fundamentals of software as a service, software integrations methodologies, and implementation. In this role, the Integrations Specialist will act as the architect and design integration solutions to unique business problems. The Integrations Specialist is responsible for developing strategic solutions to connect application infrastructures, while data integrity.

This is a part-time temp-to-permanent contract position.

Essential Functions Of The Job

The Integrations Specialist will learn to work within a team and/or individually in helping and supporting customers. Each encounter is unique, however, generally require a level of skills that includes:

  • Plan, execute and manage the integration of data across the data assets
  • Develop standards, designs, and data maps
  • Developing and executing test plans and scenarios including data deign, tool design, and implementation
  • Assist with training and the development of training materials
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, customers, and management

Measures Of Success & Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

Attain measurable and visible increase in the following areas:

Utilization

  • Meet billable utilization targets each month, with a minimum of 70%, goal of 75%, stretch goal of 80%+

Profitability

  • Maintain project profitability by adhering to scope, timeline, and budget

Client Satisfaction

  • Closing projects with the Kolme/Client relationship in good standing
  • Demonstrates professional approach to client concerns
  • Renewal or reengagement of client projects

Personal Goals

  • Completion and/or satisfaction of personal goal as established by management
  • Invest, at minimum, 5 hours of Professional Development per quarter

Minimum Requirements

Education and/or Experience:

  • A High School Graduate
  • Microsoft Office proficient

Desired Education And/or Experience

  • A two or four-year degree from accredited college in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field; completed or in-process is preferred, but not required
  • Experience in code writing, any language, with a basic understanding of the fundamentals of code writing is required
  • Strong candidates will have knowledge of and/or previous experience with any number of the following areas (highly preferred but not required)
  • Technical support/troubleshooting
  • Conduct research into applications, integrations, issues and products updates
  • Linking of cross-functional applications
  • Knowledge of API protocols
  • Operating systems (Linux, Microsoft, Apple)
  • Programming languages (JavaScript, Ruby and Python)
  • iPaas or middleware (Workato, Mulesoft, Jitterbit, Zapier, Make)
