Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

• Design, deploy, and maintain integration workflows using Boomi (Intapp Integration Service).
• Maintain consistency and reliability in system interconnectivity and data synchronization.

Operational & Technical Support

• Provide Tier 2 support for middleware/integration issues and troubleshoot data transfer problems.
• Translate business process requirements into technical solutions; document workflows and identify potential enhancements.
• Assist with other IT tasks as required by the department.
• Oversee lifecycle activities of integration-related IT initiatives, including software rollouts and data transformation projects.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define functional needs and deliver value-aligned tech solutions.
• Safeguard data consistency and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and manage secure transmission across both cloud and on-prem environments.
• Hands-on experience with Boomi (Intapp IIS) or similar integration tools.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems used in professional services (law firm experience a plus).
• Working knowledge of APIs and system interconnectivity.
• Familiarity with SQL and database fundamentals.
• Skilled in documenting workflows and optimizing business processes.
• Adept at diagnosing and resolving integration and data flow challenges.
• Clear communicator capable of interfacing with legal and non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional discretion when handling confidential or sensitive business information.
• Demonstrated success in managing technical initiatives from planning through execution.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and guide technical efforts within cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with 3–5 years of integration or programming experience.
• 5–7 years of equivalent hands-on experience in IT systems and integration roles.
• Certification in Boomi Development or related middleware technologies preferred.
