Community College of Baltimore County is seeking an Scheduling Coordinator to organize and coordinate classroom assignments, conferences, meetings and other events across campuses. You will build schedules, manage room utilization and communicate with faculty and staff to minimize conflicts.
Responsibilities include data entry, generating reports, assisting with 25 Live and Banner data, and providing back-up scheduling support during peak periods. Evening/weekend availability may be required.
The purpose of this class is to schedule and coordinate activities related to classroom assignment, conferences, meetings and other special events.
High School diploma/GED and three (3) years of full-time experience, in a customer-service environment, performing duties to include: data entry and the knowledge of scheduling. Knowledgeable of and experience with Microsoft Office, information systems preferably Banner, document imaging and scheduling applications. Or an Associate's Degree with one (1) year of full-time experience in a customer-service environment performing duties to include: data entry and scheduling. May be required to work evenings and weekends during peak periods.
