Description

Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by seeking to understand their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy products. Understand and proactively stay up to date on Apple's products, services, purchase options, and sales processes. Support your peers by sharing knowledge about Apple’s offerings and assisting in offering ownership opportunities. Maintain accuracy and follow guidance. Perform other tasks as needed, including customer support in other store areas. Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and fostering curiosity to learn. Demonstrate Apple's values of inclusion and diversity daily.

Minimum Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, and reliably attend work as scheduled, respecting local laws and accommodations.
