Description

Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by understanding their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant purchase options. Stay proactively updated on Apple's products, services, and sales processes. Support your peers by sharing knowledge and assisting in offering ownership opportunities. Maintain accuracy and follow guidance. Perform other tasks as needed, including customer service and support in various store areas. Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and fostering curiosity to learn. Demonstrate Apple's values of inclusion and diversity daily.

Minimum Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, and reliably attend scheduled work in accordance with local laws and accommodations.

Pay & Benefits

Base pay is part of a total compensation package, determined within a range based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
