The Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce is seeking an experienced Specialist, Events and Programs to plan and deliver a calendar of Chamber events across the Seattle region. You will manage registration, vendor coordination, attendee experiences, and sponsor relations to build value for members and partners.
You’ll work with multiple internal teams to market programs, ensure smooth operations, and support post-event reporting.

S pecialist , Events & Programs is responsible for developing and executing Chamber events, including Toast of Seattle, Business After Hours, Industry Insights, Young Professional Network , Councilmember Coffee Chat and Chair Dinner events. Th is role will be responsible for supporting registration functions for the majority of Chamber events and may be assigned additional responsibilities including events, programs, or projects, depending on the candidate’s experience.
Experience:
The Chamber is committed to internal and market equity. The anticipated hiring range for this position is $26.62 - $31.94 hourly, based on experience.
