  • Attend and testify at public meetings as a representative of the Chamber.
  • Assist in organizing delegation meetings, fly‑in logistics, and post‑event follow‑up for government affairs programs.
PAC & Compliance Support
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the Eastside Business Alliance PAC, including organizing endorsement materials, tracking fundraising activities, and assisting with voter contact coordination under the VP's oversight.
Communications & Member Engagement
  • Draft advocacy‑related content — including newsletter segments, member alerts, blog posts, and social media copy — for review and approval by the VP and Communications Director.
  • Prepare presentations, briefing documents, and reports for leadership, committees, and external partners as directed by the VP.
  • Respond to member inquiries related to government affairs programs and direct complex or sensitive inquiries to the VP appropriately.
  • Represent the Chamber at community events, public forums, and conferences in a supporting capacity.
Administrative & Operational Support
  • Maintain organized files, contact databases, and institutional records for the government affairs division.
  • Support the Chamber's frequent events through setup, take‑down, and other various support tasks including moving and lifting heavy equipment and materials.
