Relativity is seeking a Specialist to support education program delivery, streamline operations, and drive automation across learning initiatives. The role includes managing LMS updates, scheduling, and contract execution with Finance and Legal, while leading process improvements and AI-driven scale.

You’ll coordinate workshops, webinars, and trainings while tracking action items and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, curiosity
• Basic experience with Skilljar and AI tools
• Preferred experience with Salesforce, Skilljar

Responsabilités

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$66,000 and $100,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
