Relativity in Utah is seeking an Education Program Specialist to support execution of education programs through operational and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth delivery of learning experiences, while also working to automate and increase efficiency of those processes.

You will manage workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates, contract execution with Finance and Legal, run program logistics, and develop SOPs while exploring AI-driven improvements to scale and reduce manual work; you will

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years' experience
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, curiosity
• Basic experience with Skilljar and AI tools
• Preferred experience with Salesforce, Skilljar

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$66,000 and $100,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
