Relativity in the United States is seeking an Education Programs Specialist to support execution of learning experiences and drive process improvements. You will manage scheduling, LMS updates, and contract execution with finance and legal, while pushing automation to scale operations.

You will own projects, track timelines, and communicate updates to stakeholders, contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment where innovation in AI helps reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.

Formación

• 1–3 years' experience.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, curiosity.
• Basic experience with Skiljar and AI tools.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce, Skilljar.

Responsabilidades

• Support workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates

• Scrub and answer customer inquiries in a timely fashion related to various education programs
• Executes training and certification contracts, working with Finance and Legal to refine and improve
• Run program logistics and create related SOPs and facilitate upskilling sessions related to scheduling trainings, workshops, webinars across internal systems and process improvement

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$66,000 and $100,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
