Qualifications

• 5+ years in a consulting, professional services, or insurance setting.

• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Global Business Travel Accident and Special Risk underwriting.

Responsibilities

• Provide brokerage and consulting services to large market clients.
• Lead, mentor, and train junior colleagues while ensuring quality work.
• Oversee projects, financial projections, and client stewardship reports.
• Develop cross-selling strategies across Aon practices to hit revenue targets.
• Ensure adherence to internal audits, compliance, and quality standards.
• Act as primary contact for Special Risk matters with clients and carriers.
