Job summary

Archer in the United States is seeking a Project Coordinator, Special Projects to support construction‑focused data center initiatives. You will coordinate schedules, action tracking, documentation, meetings, and cross‑functional follow‑through to enable remediation, retrofit, expansion, and infrastructure improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in construction management, operations, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in project coordination, construction administration, or data center support.
• Experience coordinating with project managers, contractors, vendors, and site operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, action tracking, documentation, meetings, and cross‑functional follow‑through for Special Projects.
• Maintain project trackers, schedules, meeting notes, issue logs, risk trackers, and documentation repositories.
• Coordinate meetings with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and site stakeholders; ensure status updates and owner assignments.
• Track submittals, closeout documents, commissioning evidence, punch lists, turnover materials, and operational handoff.
• Support readiness reviews and prepare concise status summaries and leadership‑ready action lists.
• Monitor open items with accountable owners, due dates, dependencies, and escalation paths.
