Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with Oracle, is seeking a Planning and Deployment Coordinator to lead the planning and readiness of new data center capacity across multiple locations.

The role sits at the intersection of program management, engineering, LVVs, and field deployment, ensuring complex requirements are executable and ready for handoff. You will drive technical reviews, manage vendors, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver capacity on time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with data center deployments.
• Experience with structured cabling infrastructure and deployment methodologies.
• Ability to review technical deployment documentation including BOMs, racks, and hardware requirements.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, connectivity, and testing/validation methods.
• Experience coordinating low-voltage vendors and contractors in complex deployments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate deployment readiness for data center projects.
• Review project requirements before field execution.
• Validate BOMs, patching, rack layouts, and documentation.
• Identify gaps and risks early to prevent delays.
• Coordinate with engineers, PMs, vendors and stakeholders.
• Track milestones and dependencies across multiple projects.
• Escalate issues with clear ownership and proposed solutions.
• Communicate project status and decisions clearly.
