Job summary

Archer is seeking a Project Controls Scheduler to own integrated scheduling and analytics for high‑complex data center and infrastructure projects in Nashville, TN. You will lead CPM schedules, validate field assumptions, and deliver forecasts with clear recovery plans.

Qualifications

• 7-9+ years in project controls, scheduling, construction PM, or portfolio controls.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and/or Oracle Primavera Cloud.
• Strong understanding of CPM, float, sequencing, schedule constraints, milestones, baseline and forecast management.
• Experience integrating contractor, subcontractor, supplier, manufacturing, logistics, QA/QC, operations, turnover schedules.
• Knowledge of cost tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, change control, risk management.
• Ability to validate project status in the field and reconcile with forecasts.
• Experience maintaining risk registers, dependency trackers, action logs, dashboards, and reporting packages.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, PM or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance and governance of integrated project schedules and portfolio milestones.
• Build, status, analyze and maintain CPM schedules in Primavera P6/OCI Cloud.
• Create short-term execution plans, lookaheads, recovery schedules and forecast updates.
• Coordinate inputs from contractors, suppliers, logistics, QA/QC, and turnover inputs into a consolidated controls view.
• Validate schedule assumptions and readiness through field engagement and stakeholder coordination.
• Prepare executive dashboards, KPI summaries and narrative updates translating data into decisions.
• Maintain data integrity across schedules, milestones, risk registers and reporting packages.
• Analyze schedule, cost, progress, risk and delivery data to identify trends and improvements.
