Job summary

Ll Oefentherapie seeks a Senior Project Manager for Special Projects to independently drive construction-focused data center initiatives across remediation, retrofit, expansion, and infrastructure improvement programs. You will provide structured leadership across schedules, risks, dependencies, and documentation, ensuring projects are delivered safely, predictably, and with accountability.

Qualifications

Project leadership experience driving construction-focused data center or complex physical infrastructure programs.
Ability to coordinate multiple sites and workstreams with minimal supervision.
Proven ability to establish scalable project controls, templates, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Independently coordinate complex Special Projects construction activities across multiple sites and workstreams.
Own and maintain integrated project controls: schedules, risks, logs, and documentation repositories.
Drive cross-functional cadence with planning, readiness reviews, and leadership status updates.
Identify risks and dependencies, develop mitigation plans with stakeholders, ensure readiness before milestones.
Coordinate procurement, vendor dependencies, site access, and turnover packages to support delivery.
Develop concise reporting on milestone health, risks, blockers, and recovery actions for senior leadership.
