Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, action tracking, documentation, and meetings for Special Projects.
• Maintain project schedules, action logs, risk trackers, and document repositories.
• Coordinate meetings with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and site stakeholders.
• Track submittals, commissioning evidence, punch lists, and handoff materials.
• Support readiness reviews with cross-functional teams.
