Job summary

Harmony Public Schools is seeking a Special Programs Case Manager to coordinate SPED/504 services and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district requirements. The role includes managing IEP and 504 processes and facilitating ARD/504 meetings across campuses.

The successful candidate will work with school leaders to develop appropriate programs, track student progress, and train staff on SPED/504 procedures while maintaining confidentiality of student records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred 2 years of special education teaching experience.
• Valid Texas Educator Certification with required SPED endorsement preferred.
• Experience coordinating IEP/504 processes and related meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manages the IEP and 504 process, including meetings, documentation, and compliance with laws.
• Plans, prepares, and facilitates ARD/504 meetings and serves on committees.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations and maintains confidential records.
• Collaborates with district personnel and school staff to support SPED/504 services.
• Monitors student progress and coordinates SPED instruction with regular program curricula.
