Job summary

YES Prep seeks a Special Populations Campus Compliance Specialist to ensure students in special populations receive essential services and comply with IEPs, 504s, and Emergent Bilingual procedures. The role requires meticulous case management, strong communication, and commitment to equity across campuses in Houston, Texas.

You will manage admissions-related meetings and documentation, coordinate with teams, and monitor timelines and data submissions to uphold compliance and safeguard student

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution.
• At least two years of relevant work experience in Special Education roles (teacher, interventionist, ESL/Bilingual).
• Organized with tracking systems and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, prepare, and lead ARD, 504, and LPAC meetings for a caseload of Special Populations students.
• Complete Special Populations paperwork including IEPs, 504 Plans, and LPAC documentation.
• Monitor and support teammates in completing portions of student IEPs and feedback forms.
• Ensure compliance with timelines for ARD, 504, and LPAC meetings.
