Cintas is seeking a Special Order Coordinator in Chicago to support growth of existing portfolios, handle multiple priorities, and assist with sales activities including proposals, presentations, tradeshows and photo shoots.

The role involves customer relations, process adherence, and ongoing feedback to improve quality and profitability. Travel of 5–15% is required, with a valid driver's license and MS Office proficiency expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to travel 5–15%, including overnight
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Assist with growth of existing portfolios by investigating and resolving issues.
