Qualifications

• 1 year of clerical experience required.
• Knowledge of building materials and millwork preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review customer orders for special order products submitted by branches.
• Create and submit purchase orders to vendors.
• Verify vendor confirmations and update costs and delivery dates.
• Identify issues affecting gross margin and alert sales.
• Assist Purchasing Department as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.
